Meet Amy
As Director of Client Services, Amy brings a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. With a diverse and comprehensive skill set, she plays a vital role in client service management, marketing support, and project planning and execution.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Deeply involved in her community, she has served on the Jackson County Rose Festival Board of Directors, directed the annual Picnic in the Park event, and contributed her time to the Women’s Leadership Council of United Way, the Jackson’s Alzheimer’s Walk, and was a Popcorn Kernel for the local Boy Scouts troop.
A passionate advocate for animals, Amy devotes her time outside of work to cat and wildlife rescue, combining her love of nature with hands-on efforts to protect and care for vulnerable animals. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends. Amy and her husband Mike are proud military parents, with one son who is an Army veteran and another currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.
