Abbie Funk

Abbie Funk began her career with Avery Wealth, Inc. in the fall of 2022 as an intern during her college career. Abbie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from Spring Arbor University in May of 2023. She is currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation while gaining quality experience here at Avery Wealth as an Associate Financial Advisor. Her goal is to become a Financial Planner, so she can help families find financial peace by guiding them to make smart choices with their money.

Abbie cares a lot about having personal relationships and will bring that into her relationships with her clients to truly understand what values and future goals matter most to them. By understanding these values and goals, Abbie will be able to create the most compatible financial plan for each individual client and family.

Abbie is currently living with one of her good friends in Jackson since graduating from college, but she is originally from Alpena, MI where she has a twin sister and an older brother.

Abbie is a big softball lover as she played on the softball team at Spring Arbor University where she is now an assistant coach as well as a head coach for a youth softball team during the summer. In addition, she loves to play other sports, read, go on walks, and spend time with family, friends, and her kitten named Cheeto.
